The SRP-275iii is a kitchen docket printer which uses a dot matrix print with old school bond paper and a ribbon - NOT THERMAL.
This is the printer you need if your kitchen dockets are turning black or are affected by grease as this printer uses ordinary paper rolls, not thermal rolls.
This printer comes with Network LAN Ethernet port, also a USB port, as well as the older style RS232 port so should work with almost any system. Please check with us if you aren't sure what connection you need for your pos system.
We can also order a parallel connection but almost nothing uses that anymore so you are unlikely to still be using that.

RETURNS
Please contact us before returning equipment so we can be given adequate opportunity to find a solution. If we cannot find a remedy, in most cases we will send you a loaner, so you can return it to us for repair.
