This kitchen docket printer is NOT THERMAL. It is a dot matrix printer and uses Bond Paper Rolls 76x76mm and a ribbon cartridge so the dockets are not affected by heat.
This Epson docket printer is for hot kitchens where thermal paper darkens. This printer uses standard paper so will not go dark in hot areas.
This printer uses an Ethernet Network LAN connection so requires a cable plugged into your internet modem router. Its is NOT WIFI or BLUETOOTH.

We send by overnight tracked courier with most equipment sent same or next day depending on time of order and courier pickup.
We send to New Zealand and the Pacific Islands only.
RETURNS
Please contact us before returning equipment so we can be given adequate opportunity to find a solution. If we cannot find a remedy, in most cases we will send you a loaner, so you can return it to us for repair.
Warranty is one year from purchase and does not cover spillage, droppage, or misuse.
