This is the USB version of the Star TSP100 (TSP143) printer and it is no longer on the supported hardware list for Shopify POS. This printer will work with Windows systems but there are cheaper options for windows pc.

RETURNS
Please contact us before returning equipment so we can be given adequate opportunity to find a solution. If we cannot find a remedy, in most cases we will send you a loaner, so you can return it to us for repair.
