The Epson TM-L90 Thermal Label Printer is widely used in McDonalds (amongst other places) in New Zealand.
The most common problem that these printers have is the paper cover lid jamming so it cant open or close. This is caused by the cutter getting stuck, usually due to adhesive buildup or small bits of paper jammed in the cutter mechanism.
