Refund policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange, but will certainly assist to resolve any issues that you might be having with the product.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We do not accept returns on:
Gift cards or Downloadable software products

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, or just an order number if purchased through the website.

You must allow us adequate steps to rectify the situation by phone or remotely, before arranging with us to return your product.

Please do not send your product back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Refunds (if applicable) 

Once we have instructed you to return your item, and your product is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
It often takes a week or more for the refund to show on your account, especially for credit cards.
If not sure, please contact your credit card company for verification.

Exchanges (if applicable)
If you need to exchange an item, please contact us and we will figure it out. You must allow us a chance to rectify the difficulties over the phone and remotely before sending anything back for exchange.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary, but usually overnight.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
