If you are having to leave your Socket Mobile Bluetooth Scanner in the charger for it to work, you need to replace the batteries.
Its easy to do. On the back of the scanner is the round lanyard attachment. Take a small philips screwdriver and loosen the screw, then the cover can be removed.
Then you can replace the two AA rechargeable batteries.

Please contact us before returning equipment so we can be given adequate opportunity to find a solution. If we cannot find a remedy, in most cases we will send you a loaner, so you can return it to us for repair.
