We purchased this printer used and in great working condition. Then we disassembled it in the Till Man workshop and ensured it has no sign of spillage or any damage inside on the circuit boards. We clean all the cases to as new condition, clean the thermal head and sensors, remove all dust and check alignment..
Judging by the limited wear on the roller, etc, we would estimate that this printer has seen minimal use and is probably less than a year old.
Till Man are authorised Star Micronics Service Agents and this printer has been fully refurbished in the Till Man Workshop to 'as new' condition with a six month warranty. Warranty does not cover spillage, droppage, or misuse.

RETURNS
Please contact us before returning equipment so we can be given adequate opportunity to find a solution. If we cannot find a remedy, in most cases we will send you a loaner, so you can return it to us for repair.
Warranty is one year from purchase and does not cover spillage, droppage, or misuse.
